Park Seong Hoon
South Korean citizen, born in South Korea 1971, serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk based on Deed Number 63 dated June 28, 2023, after previously serving as Commissioner of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk since June 2018 based on Deed Number 31 dated June 29, 2018. He also serves as Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee.
He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from University of California, Berkeley–Hass School of Business in 2007, after previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Russian Literature and Language from Seoul National University, South Korea, in 1997.
Currently, He also serves as Director and manages the Corporate Portfolio at Dominus Investment since 2018, and as Senior Manager & FX Sales Officer at NH Bank Seoul since 2012.
He has built his career at Mirae Asset Daewoo Securities Company from 1998 to 2000, as Fixed Income Manager at NH Futures Seoul from 2001 to 2005, and Senior Manager & FX Sales Officer at Citibank Korea Inc from 2007 to 2012.
