- Acquisition of PT Bukit Lagoi Villa to build Alila Villas Bintan.
- Acquisition of 1.7 hectares of land in Tarabitan, North Minahasa, to build Alila Tarabitan.

- Establishment of PT Culina Global Utama, of which 49.94% of shares were owned by BUVA.
- Acquisition of PT Bukit Nusa Harapan for the construction of The Cliff.

- Liberte French Brasserie at Pacific Place, Jakarta, started to operate.
- The Opening of four Terrace Tree Villas in Alila Ubud.

- Opening of Omnia Dayclub and SakeNoHana Restaurant in Bali; Vong Kitchen and Le Burger restaurants in Jakarta; Hotel Dialoog Banyuwangi in Banyuwangi; Alila SCBD Hotel in Jakarta.
- Divestment of Alila brand owner’s subsidiary.
2019
- Opening of Alila SCBD Hotel, Jakarta; Hakkasan Restaurant and Hakkasan Rooftop in Alila SCBD Hotel area; and the groundbreaking of Alila Villas Bintan.
- Acquisition of 99% shares of PT Bukit Borobudur for the construction of Alila Borobudur.
