{"id":920,"date":"2017-11-01T10:04:32","date_gmt":"2017-11-01T10:04:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.buvagroup.com\/?p=920"},"modified":"2017-11-02T03:21:27","modified_gmt":"2017-11-02T03:21:27","slug":"mechanical-electrical-plumbing-engineer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buvagroup.com\/id\/mechanical-electrical-plumbing-engineer\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To design and prepare mechanical electrical plumbing installation design drawings from conceptual design to FOR CON drawings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To coordinate MEP consultants, if engaged, as well as \u00a0various discipline consultants and to speed the planning\/designing development process<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To check and validate the quality of consultants drawings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be actively involved in project tendering process<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To monitor and ensuring the construction MEP work complied with design requirement (drawing, specification, quantity, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitoring project&#8217;s progress continually based on project&#8217;s time-table.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Male, max 35 years old<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Min. S1 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Min. 5 years of working experience as Mechanical Electrical Supervisor in reputable developer company or contractors, both of high rise and complex building.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate with MEP consultants working experience, with a good MEP calculation and modelling\/programming skill, is encouraged to apply<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preferably coordinator\/supervisors specializing in mechanical electrical plumbing. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficient in Auto CAD, MEP modelling and Ms. Office<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Familiar and have experience in full cycle construction process from design, Testing and Commissioning MEP equipment and system till handing over to customers <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Having detail and analytical capabilities in resolving site and technical issue\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a good command of English<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Honest, hard-working, self-motivated, team player, and responsible <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have good communication skill and building up relationship<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities: To design and prepare mechanical electrical plumbing installation design drawings from conceptual design to FOR CON drawings.
